MBA Courses are for students who already have a bachelor's degree. MBA courses are post-graduate courses, and they provide advanced tools to the students so then they can deliver proprietary consulting services, and also create relationships for improving their careers. MBA courses are taught in Business Schools and most of them are taught in two years. If the student has more than three years of experience in the administration field, the student will study only one year.
The first course covers some important factors of China, such as: the economy, history, demography, culture, laws, politics and environment, because as China is always changing, the government must make sure that the growth is sustained. Most of these courses match the student's strengths and interests with client “firms”; that way, they can work for a business company.
Most MBA courses require students who can go to a University where they will have access to better information and where they can receive specialized courses taught in English by Chinese professors. Some of the courses that are included in the program are: negotiating in Chinese, Chinese company laws, Chinese culture, marketing in China and also a basic course of spoken Chinese. At the afternoon, students leave the university campus to practice more about business on each assigned company's client.
The consulting project is designed to obtain information or solve real problems in different areas such as: informatics, marketing strategy, production process, human resources management, competitor analysis and supplier profiling.
At the end of the course, students have to present a report and show recommendations that they've obtained during the course.
